William Williams 4eva <3

‘“Roadside Steve” began as a sketch-comedy character created by Gregory Bordelon and performed by Logan Smith on the indie sketch team William Williams (Smith, Bordelon, Ike Flitcraft, Austin Williams, Angela Giarratana & Maya Shemesh).

The sketch had a lively run from 2018–2019, playing Comedy Central Stage, iO West, UCB Sunset, Pack Theater, and San Francisco SketchFest. After its stage success, the team filmed new opening and throughline scenes in the mountains of Altadena, CA, transforming the sketch into a true stand-alone short.

From 2018-2019 the film went on to screen in Los Feliz, Portland and Texas. It was nominated for Best Comedy Film at the Austin Comedy Film Festival.
